• All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

• UK Express Shipping: £6.77  2 to 3 days
• International Shipping: Rates vary based on destination and are calculated at checkout. Delivery times may vary by country, typically ranging from 2 to 4 business days.

3. Free Shipping

• Free standard shipping is available on UK orders over £100
• Free international shipping is available on orders over £150

4. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (for International Orders)

• International orders may incur customs and import duties based on the destination country. Pioneer Clothing will pay for these charges 

6. Undeliverable Packages

• If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal to pay customs, a reshipping fee will apply. Alternatively, a refund will be issued, minus any shipping costs.

7. Shipping Delays

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, please note that unexpected delays due to customs or carrier issues may occur, especially during high-demand seasons.

International Shipping Policy

We’re delighted to offer international shipping, bringing our products to customers worldwide! To ensure a smooth shopping experience, please review our international shipping, duties, and taxes policy below.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Shipping Costs: International shipping rates vary based on your location and the weight of your order. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
• Delivery Times: We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). Once dispatched, delivery will take 3-5 working days via DHL Express.
• Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Duties & Taxes

• Customs and VAT Covered: We’re pleased to let you know that we cover all customs duties and VAT for international orders. You won’t have to worry about additional charges upon arrival—simply place your order, and we’ll take care of the rest.
• No Additional Fees: As we cover all import fees, you can shop confidently without concern about unexpected costs at delivery.

Customs Clearance & Processing

• Customs Procedures: Your package will be processed through customs once it arrives in your destination country. Although we aim for swift processing, customs authorities may occasionally require additional documentation or time to clear your package, which may cause delays.
• Hassle-Free Delivery: With customs fees and VAT covered by us, you won’t be required to pay anything further upon delivery.

Restrictions

Certain items may be restricted or banned from entering specific countries. If this applies to any items in your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Returns on International Orders

• Return Policy: Please note that we currently do not offer free returns on international orders. If you wish to return an item, you will be responsible for covering the shipping cost.
• Refunds for Duties and Taxes: As we cover all customs and VAT costs upfront, we are unable to issue refunds on these fees in the event of a return. However, we will provide a refund for the item cost in line with our Returns Policy.
