How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@pioneer-clothing.com. 

Note: As a start-up, we only offer free returns for incorrect items received and faulty goods in the UK, we aim to change this in the future.

At Pioneer Clothing, sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to reducing waste and promoting mindful consumption. Each piece of clothing is crafted to be durable, timeless, and eco-friendly, helping to reduce the environmental impact of fashion.

To support our mission, we encourage our customers to make thoughtful purchasing decisions by:

  • Carefully checking your size before placing an order.
    Our size guides are designed to help you find the perfect fit and minimise the need for returns, which helps reduce carbon emissions from shipping.
  • Being conscious of your choices and considering whether the item aligns with your long-term wardrobe goals.

By working together, we can help make fashion more sustainable.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Incorrect Items Sent: We will arrange and cover the cost of the return.
  • Damaged or Faulty Items: Contact us as soon as possible so we can assess whether the item qualifies for a free return. Once confirmed, we will provide instructions and arrange the return if applicable.

All faulty items will be donated to Cowshed Charity to promote garment reuse and extend the product lifecycle.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Briefs, Thongs, Bodysuits
  • Socks
  • Swimwear, unless the hygiene sticker is intact.
  • Items from our seamless range (due to the material's nature, which adapts to the body after wear).

Note: Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
None of the above affects your statutory rights.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item (subject to approval) and place a new order for the desired product.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. This allows you to return your order for any reason within 14 days of receipt. Items must still meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

International Customers

For international returns, any taxes and duties paid on your original order will be deducted from your refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free returns due to the associated costs.
